Quality Assurance Reports
Each year we produce a Quality Assurance report.
The survey is given to residents, family and friends and visiting professionals. The survey looks at the individual services offered by Ivy Lodge Retirement Home for which the findings are summarised in a Quality Assurance report.
We then work to develop an individual Action plan, where required, based on the feedback and the findings of the report.
